The Five Colleges Book Sale appreciates and relies on the support of our Patrons!
Thank you for your interest in donating to the Five Colleges Book Sale. It is community members like you that have kept the sale running for more than 50 years. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to drastically alter the way we are doing this year’s sale. But what hasn’t changed is our commitment to raising money for scholarships for students in Vermont and New Hampshire who are pursuing higher education. Please consider making a monetary donation to help us with this mission.
Books and media donations for the sale will be accepted at the site from March 6 through March 26: Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday, noon to 4 p.m. and Wednesday evenings 4 to 7 p.m., when volunteers are available. Donations are tax deductible with receipts available at the donation site.
Donations must be received by volunteers. Please do not leave books outside the storefront.
We welcome high quality donations of books, manuscripts, prints, maps, memorabilia, CDs, and DVDs. We cannot accept Reader's Digest or Time Life condensed books, ex-library books, magazines, vinyl records, VHS or cassette tapes.
Please be mindful of the condition of the items you wish to donate. We will not accept books that are moldy, heavily highlighted or marked up.
